Biotech Recovery is a Long Island biohazard remediation company based in Ronkonkoma, serving Nassau and Suffolk counties and all five boroughs of New York City. We handle crime and trauma scenes, unattended deaths, hoarded properties, hazardous waste and regulated medical waste transportation.

Most of our work arrives through a phone call made in the worst hours of someone’s life — often by a family member standing in a hallway with no idea what to do next. What we have learned is that people in that position do not need a sales pitch. They need someone to answer, to explain plainly what happens now, and then to actually turn up.

How we work

We arrive in unmarked vehicles and we do not discuss jobs at the property. We assess before we quote, we quote before we start, and the number does not move halfway through. Anything the family can keep is cleaned and set aside for them.

Every job ends with documentation: what was done, what was removed, where it went. That record is what an insurer needs, what an executor needs, and what protects a property owner if the disposal is ever questioned.
