Call & triage

On-site assessment
We walk the space, identify the affected and adjacent areas, and set containment. You get a written scope and a fixed price before anyone starts work. The assessment itself is free.
Remediation
Carpet, padding, subfloor and drywall come out if they cannot be decontaminated. Everything that stays is cleaned and disinfected, and the odor is treated at source.
Verification & disposal
A final walkthrough with you, waste transported and disposed of through permitted channels, and documentation handed over for your records or your insurer.
