Biohazard cleanup in Ronkonkoma

What we run into in Ronkonkoma

We are Ronkonkoma. The office and the vehicles are here in 11779, which means a call from a Ronkonkoma address is the shortest run we make and the one we can be most precise about on the phone. Most of the housing here is post-war single-family with finished or part-finished basements, and a basement under the affected room is the first thing we ask about.

• Detached houses with basements and crawlspaces, where fluid that reaches the subfloor ends up on the joists and the basement ceiling below.
• Private driveways, so the van sits off the road and material never crosses a public sidewalk.
• Attached garages that give us a staging area out of sight.
• Septic systems across much of the area, which changes how waste water is handled.

Who calls us from Ronkonkoma

Homeowners, adult children clearing a parent's house, landlords and estate executors, and occasionally a town or a police department.

Getting a crew in and material out

Access is usually straightforward. We ask about driveway width, whether there is a basement or crawlspace under the affected room, and whether anyone needs to stay in the house while we work.

Nearby areas we also cover

Lake Ronkonkoma, Holbrook, Bohemia, Sayville, Holtsville, Lake Grove — and the rest of Suffolk County. Nothing here is a limit on where we go; call and ask if your street is not named.
