Everywhere we work, and what changes in each of them.
Nassau and Suffolk counties and all five New York City boroughs. The places below have a page of their own because the work genuinely differs between them.
A co-op on the fourth floor with no elevator, a house on septic with a finished basement, and a property closed up for the season are three different plans. The equipment is the same. What changes is how we get in, where the van sits, how material leaves the building and who we have to talk to before we start.
If your town is not listed, we almost certainly still cover it. These are the places we are asked about most, not the edge of the map.
Suffolk County
Ten towns, from the Nassau line out to the East End. We dispatch from Ronkonkoma, which sits in the Town of Islip, so this is our home county.
Nassau County
Two cities, three towns and sixty-four incorporated villages, packed into far less ground than Suffolk. Denser, older housing, and closer neighbours.
New York City
All five boroughs. Apartment buildings, co-op and condo boards, walk-ups, service elevators and no parking — a different job from the same job on the Island.
Not on the list?
Call and ask. We cover Nassau and Suffolk end to end and all five boroughs, so the answer is almost always yes.
